Do you use a time tracker?
Yes, we use a time tracker when we work. After we have worked on a task we enter the time spent on your project task in our dashboard. Time is entered in 30-minute increments with a 1 hour minimum.
Are there refunds?
Due to pay fees and exchange rate fluctuations, we do not offer refunds.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription in the dashboard at any time by opening a ticket and requesting it to be cancelled.
How do I post tasks?
You may post tasks in the dashboard task poster in your project or by opening a ticket in the dashboard, or by email or by our automated phone or by SMS texts.
Do you work with other teams?
Yes, you may use us to supplement your team.

If you have a website and your visitors are located too far from your server then you might not show in search results for those regions without a CDN. In that case, we will hook a CDN up to your site so that you can get traffic around the world if you want.
